Job summary

IMDA seeks a Product Manager for its internal GenAI platform within the Digital Transformation Office. You will define the product vision, prioritise the roadmap, and translate business needs into actionable requirements, while coordinating with design, delivery, and governance teams.

You will drive user adoption, track success metrics, and manage budgets and audits to ensure compliant delivery of AI-enabled solutions across the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in product management for digital or AI solutions.
• 2+ years in AI/ML product management, incl. LLMs or AI agents.
• Strong PM mindset with prioritisation across competing demands.
• Clear communicator with experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
• Organised with audit documentation and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for internal corporate GenAI platform.
• Own backlog, prioritisation, and feature specification with acceptance criteria.
• Engage stakeholders to identify problems and guide AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and document feedback for improvements.
• Prepare governance submissions, bi-weekly updates, and executive reports.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting, with expenditure tracking.
