Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project management or engineering within utilities or gas/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of gas installation, drawings, regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Project Coordinators from design to commissioning.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate submissions, amendments and approvals of gas drawings.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Support technical plan assessment and approval activities.
• Liaise with regulators on compliance matters.
• Develop expertise in regulatory frameworks and approvals.
• Administer contractor incentive and penalty frameworks.
• Monitor contractor performance and drive improvements.
• Lead UAT, system enhancements, and digitalization projects.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to boost efficiency.
