Job summary

FAETH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage all phases of gas and chemical supply equipment projects, from planning to completion.

You will lead multi‑project execution, coordinate with customers, subcontractors and Faeth associates, and ensure on‑time delivery and safety/compliance. Key duties include detailed planning, resource allocation, progress reporting, procurement coordination, installation supervision and final acceptance activities, with travel to sites as

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in project planning and management in semiconductor/oil & gas/pharma.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site to meet project needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project/AutoCAD desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from planning through completion.
• Interface with customers, subcontractors and Faeth associates for contracts and reviews.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for installation and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources and track schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with QMS/SMS throughout projects.
