Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd seeks Senior and Junior Gas Technicians to install and position gas detectors across industrial, commercial, and residential sites in Singapore. You will calibrate and test equipment to ensure 100% accuracy and reliability, and maintain systems through routine servicing and troubleshooting.

You will monitor operations, compile performance and calibration data, and respond to active gas leaks or site emergencies.

Qualifications

Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in electrical infrastructure, specifically with gas detection sensors and systems.
Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and schematics.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance documentation.
Class 3 Driving License is preferred for site travel.

Responsibilities

Installation & Setup: Strategically install gas detectors and sensors across environments for safety coverage.
Calibration & Testing: Calibrate and test to ensure accurate readings and reliability.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex issues.
System Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor real-time systems and manage compliance logs and reports.
Emergency Response & Training: Respond to gas leaks and educate clients on usage and alarm protocols.
