Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to develop and customize GRC/IRM solutions on enterprise SaaS platforms, with emphasis on Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable risk and compliance platforms.

The role involves configuring GRC/IRM modules, building integrations via REST/SOAP, and creating dashboards for monitoring risk posture and compliance status.

Qualifications

• Experience developing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow).
• Hands-on experience with GRC/IRM modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, or Audit Management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and system connectivity.
• Understanding of platform administration, security controls, and configuration management.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or relevant modules) are a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL and GRC frameworks is advantageous.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
