Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Support role for FX dealing operations in Singapore. The incumbent will assist FX dealers with daily market commentary, pre-trade analysis, simulations, and sharing trading opportunities.

Responsibilities include post-trade reconciliation, onboarding support for new Front Office joiners, preparation of presentation materials for management meetings, and driving workflow improvements to enhance efficiency. Occasional ad-hoc duties apply.

• Prepare and publish daily FX market commentary and updates.
• Assist with pre-trade analysis, simulations and trade-related activities.
• Support Front Office by preparing and sharing FX trading opportunities and market information.
• Perform post-trade reconciliation and ensure trading records are accurate and complete.
• Assist in coordinating FX training and onboarding activities for new Front Office joiners.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for investment and management meetings.
• Support workflow improvement initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
