Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Dealing Assistant to FX dealers in Singapore. This role supports FX desks with day-to-day tasks and contributes to market commentary and workflow improvements.

The successful candidate will have FX experience or Capital markets exposure, strong data handling skills, and the ability to assist in pre-trade simulations, post-trade reconciliations, and training coordination. Salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in FX or capital markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist FX dealers to prepare and publish FX daily commentary.
• Assist FX dealers to do pre-trade simulations in Marginman.
• Assist FX dealers to send out deposit swap opportunity to Front Office.
• Assist FX dealers to carry out post-trade reconciliation in Marginman and OpenArchitecture trades.
• Assist FX dealers to coordinate Cortex FX training for Front Office new joiners.
• Assist FX dealers prepare slides for investment meetings and monthly management meeting.
• Assist FX dealers to run projects to improve current workflow and other ad hoc assignments.
