Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FX Trade Support/Operations/Middle Office within Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of FX products (FX, Cash Settled Forwards, Forwards, FX Options).
• Knowledge of front-to-back Operations process: confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting.
• Awareness of how Trade Support affects Finance, Market risk, Credit risk, Operational risk, Legal, Collateral, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Capture all transactions in Risk Management systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform intraday and end-of-day reconciliations and ensure proper book management.
• Support a one-team approach across Operations and infrastructure groups.
• Ensure controls are completed and signed off promptly.
• Communicate clearly to resolve queries and drive process improvements.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to evolve processes and business architecture.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.
