Job summary

You will liaise between business, technology, control partners and operations, contributing to smooth operation of trading platforms and processes in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Support / Operations / Middle Office.
• Baseline knowledge of trading services, particularly in order execution and trade settlement.

Responsibilities

• Support trade orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless flow to back-office systems.
• Develop knowledge of market products to understand each deal and optimize the trading platform.
• Develop and apply automation technologies to support trade processing including settlements and P&L.
• Participate in change management initiatives to minimize disruption during transitions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions.
