JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Singapore's Asia Currency Emerging Markets Non Linear Middle Office seeks a Trading Services Analyst to capture and validate trades, perform reconciliations, and support front-to-back processing.

You will work with operations, risk, finance, and technology to ensure accurate books and records, timely issue resolution, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trading services, trade support, or an operational/control role.
• Knowledge of front-to-back operation process, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Preferred: understanding of Total Return Swap and Loans.

Responsabilidades

• Capture all transactions in the Risk Management Systems accurately in a timely manner.
• Complete intraday / end of day processes including completeness and reconciliation checks.
• Work closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a 'one team approach'.
• Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis.
• Clear and concise communication with all support teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Participate in strategic initiatives; keep improving processes and business architecture.
• Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives.
