Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking an Officer, FX Settlement Intermediate Analyst to join our Markets team in a hybrid role based in Singapore.

You will engage with stakeholders to drive process improvements, implement automation, and maintain a robust control framework to support FX settlement operations.

This role offers exposure to global markets, growth opportunities, and a focus on digitization and continuous improvement within a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-7+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions, especially FX.
• Strong risk management mindset and control discipline.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Singapore country and APAC stakeholders to support trading in Markets products.
• Drive automation and migration initiatives and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop and maintain control framework to meet Audit and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to standardized operational workflows for new product launches.
• Ensure dashboards, MIS, and alerts are in place to manage risk and service clients.
