Job summary

Citi in Singapore is hiring an entry-level Securities & Derivatives Analyst to support order processing, clearance and settlement from trading desks in coordination with Operations - Transaction Services. This role provides exposure to ISDA templates, regulatory controls and risk management in a fast-paced global bank.

You will learn within a structured program, work in a hybrid setup at Changi Business Park, and contribute to accurate trade verifications, settlements and reports while upholding

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred
• Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of macros
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with Operations - Transaction Services.
• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests and generate trade confirmations per ISDA templates.
• Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time.
• Coordinate transaction processing issues with the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution.
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities per policies.
• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports.
• Participate in GL proofing exercises as directed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, upholding Citi’s reputation and safeguarding clients and assets.
