Job summary

National University of Singapore invites applications for a Career Advisor (Manager) in the CFG to lead career advisory services for undergraduates and recent graduates, helping them articulate their value in an AI-enabled job market.

You will provide 1-on-1 and group coaching, organise workshops on resumes, interviews, networking and personal branding, and collaborate with industry partners and CFG teams to deliver career programs at Kent Ridge Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in career advisory or related fields.
• Familiarity with using AI tools in a professional or educational setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise undergraduates and recent graduates on career exploration, job market navigation, and employability strategies.
• Provide 1-on-1 and group coaching on career planning, job search strategies, resume/cover letter reviews, and interview preparation.
• Organise and facilitate workshops on resume writing, interviews, networking, workplace communication, and personal branding.
• Conduct internship/graduate briefings and develop experiential learning programmes.
• Collaborate with Industry Relations to connect students with employer opportunities.
• Drive student engagement through career platforms, events, and advisory resources.
