Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (as listed).
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience across biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes for business and technology roles is beneficial.
• Comfort and curiosity in using AI tools in professional or educational settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Faculty of Science undergraduates and recent graduates on career exploration, job market navigation, and employability strategies, including AI-driven role adaptation.
• Provide 1-on-1 and group coaching on career planning, job search strategies, resume and cover letter reviews, and interview preparation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Computational Biology, Environmental Studies, Life Sciences, Food Science and Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy or related discipline
