Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in at least one of the listed sectors.

Responsibilities

• Advise Business School undergraduates and recent graduates on career exploration and employability strategies, including AI reshaping roles.
• Provide 1-on-1 and group coaching on career planning, job search strategies, resume and cover letter reviews, and interview preparation.
• Organise and facilitate workshops on essential career skills (resume writing, interviews, networking, workplace communication, personal branding) and industry-themed career events.
• Conduct internship and graduate briefings to help students prepare for hiring trends and workplace expectations.
• Develop and implement experiential learning programmes to enhance career and workplace competencies.
• Collaborate with Industry Relations to strengthen employer engagement and connect students to opportunities.
• Support CFG/partner Faculties’ activities and events (e.g., Career Fest).
• Drive student engagement through career services, digital platforms, events and advisory resources.
• Support reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement of career services for assigned student segments.
