Job summary

The FairPrice Group Chain Business Unit (FPG SC BU) invites experienced logistics professionals to drive the future of transport through EV and AV technologies. This role focuses on building a robust, sustainable mobility network within NTUC FairPrice Group's logistics operations.

You will lead cross-functional programs, design charging infra, manage regulatory engagements, and ensure seamless system integration with WMS and TMS, delivering measurable emission reductions and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Transport/Logistics with focus on green mobility (EVs).
• Strong knowledge of AV technology stack and its operational limits.
• Deep understanding of EV battery technology, charging, and range management.
• Proven skills in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience liaising with government agencies for grants or regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead EV fleet transition and sustainability roadmap to reduce carbon emissions.
• Design and implement charging infrastructure strategy for depots and public networks.
• Analyze route data to match EV models to logistics lanes without impacting service levels.
• Oversee AV deployment across yard, middle-mile, and last mile use cases, integrating with WMS/TMS.
• Redesign processes for mixed EV/AV/ICE fleets and train the workforce.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance and funding opportunities for green mobility projects.
• Ensure integration of EV battery data and AV telematics into the Transport Management System.
