Job summary

Mornington Supergrocer Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for our brand-new small-scale bistro offering modern fusion cuisine that blends Western classics with rich Asian flavors. You will support station prep, line cooking, and plate orders while maintaining quality and presentation.

This role requires the ability to work under pressure, good communication, and a valid Food Hygiene Certification. Working days are Wednesday to Sunday, with an early November 2026 start date in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certification.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare base ingredients, sauces, marinades and garnishes before service.
• Cook and plate orders, grill steaks, and execute fried/cold items per recipes.
• Manage multiple tickets while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Clean stations after service and label/date-tag stored items.
