Job summary

Optionality Compliance Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled regulatory drafter to join our team in Singapore.

You will monitor MAS, SFC, and US regulatory changes, draft client policy frameworks, and manage licensing applications with attention to details and timelines. Responsibilities include drafting compliance manuals and AML/CFT programmes, along with risk management and ethics frameworks for multiple license holders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in financial services regulatory work
• Working knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act and MAS Notices applicable to CMS licensees
• Business-fluent English with extensive writing expertise
• Business-fluent Mandarin for Chinese regulatory requests including WOFE and QFII facilitation

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain compliance manuals, AML/CFT programmes and risk frameworks for MAS CMS and SFC licensees and US RIAs/ broker-dealers
• Draft business plans for regulated entities and respond to regulatory feedback on applications
• Run regulatory-change updates across clients; prepare redlines and client-facing summaries
• Attend client calls and take instructions directly
• Open to both part-time and full-time applications
