Job summary

Danos Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its regulatory consulting team, advising Asset Management and Funds clients across Singapore and internationally. This client-facing role covers regulatory advisory, compliance frameworks, licensing, MAS requirements and regulatory change, with exposure to business development and regional projects.

• Background in fund management, consultancy, legal practice or MAS
• Strong understanding of fund management and MAS regulations
• Client-facing and relationship management experience
• Able to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
• Mandarin is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Support licensing, regulatory filings, audits, policy drafting and MAS liaison
• Manage client relationships and deliver practical, high-quality regulatory solutions
• Review work and support technical research and regulatory updates

• Contribute to industry events, webinars and thought leadership
