Talent Legal Global Search Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Funds Lawyer to join its practice in Singapore. The role involves structuring, formation, marketing, and closing of investment funds, leading drafting and negotiation of fund documents, and advising on fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.

The candidate will manage end-to-end fund closings, draft agreements, and assist with due diligence, with 2–4 years PQE in funds and Bar admission in Singapore or common-law jurisdictions

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of PQE in the Funds practice at a reputable law firm.
• Bar admission in Singapore, England & Wales or other common-law jurisdictions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for fund documentation.
• Commercially minded with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure, formation, marketing, and closing of diverse investment funds.
• Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of fund documentation.
• Advise on fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage end-to-end closing process for funds matters.
• Draft agreements and assist with legal due diligence.
