Job summary

Down Syndrome Association (Singapore) is seeking a proactive fundraising professional to support and execute the organisation's fundraising strategy across multiple channels. The role focuses on building sustainable donor relationships and partnerships with corporates, foundations, and individual supporters.

You will collaborate with Communications and Engagement teams to craft compelling fundraising campaigns, manage donor stewardship, and monitor ROI across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Fundraising, Non-profit Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant fundraising experience in fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, marketing or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in managing campaigns, partnerships or revenue-generating initiatives.
• Experience in charity/non-profit, healthcare or social service sector is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM/donor management systems and digital fundraising platforms is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of DSA's annual fundraising strategy and targets.
• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns across individual giving, corporate giving, events, digital fundraising and community fundraising.
• Identify and cultivate prospective donors, corporate partners, foundations and sponsors.
• Develop fundraising proposals, sponsorship packages and donor presentations.
• Manage donor stewardship, acknowledgements and engagement activities.
• Work with Communications and Marketing to develop compelling fundraising appeals and campaigns.
• Explore new fundraising channels, including digital, peer-to-peer and recurring giving.
• Monitor fundraising performance, donor acquisition and retention.
• Maintain accurate donor records and engagement histories.
• Prepare reports on fundraising performance and campaign ROI.

Reporting to the Manager of Communications and Engagement, this role will support DSA's fundraising strategy across individual giving, corporate giving, campaigns, events, grants, foundations and digital fundraising while ensuring that donors have a positive and meaningful experience with the organisation.

The candidate will develop and execute fundraising initiatives that generate sustainable giving for DSA while cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships with donors and corporate partners.
