Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Fund Operations role for a MAS-licensed AI-powered quantitative hedge fund. You will manage the full fund lifecycle across VCC structures, including subscriptions, redemptions, and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with no experience required. You will thrive in a small, high-ownership team with a keen eye for detail and a real interest in financial markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (No experience are welcomed)
• Prior exposure to investment funds, fund administration, or fund accounting internship is a plus
• Strong attention to detail—you'll be handling numbers and documents that matter
• Comfortable working independently in a small, high-ownership team
• Genuine curiosity about financial markets, investment funds, and how they operate

Responsibilities

• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions, manage account openings, and maintain fund documentation
• Review NAV reports from fund administrators and support annual audits
• Liaise with brokers, fund administrators, and service providers as a key point of contact
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management
