Job summary

OPTIONALITY COMPLIANCE PTE. LTD. seeks a junior regulatory operations professional to manage ongoing compliance obligations for a portfolio of fund management clients in Singapore.

You will handle filings with MAS, keep compliance manuals current, manage annual calendars and monitor regulatory changes published by MAS and US authorities. This is a near-entry role focused on regulatory operations, not KYC or transaction monitoring.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years experience in legal, regulatory, funds, or compliance roles.
• Exposure to financial services regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of MAS/FAA/SFA and related guidelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit MAS filings and notifications.
• Coordinate with client finance teams, fund administrators and auditors for accurate filings.
• Update compliance manuals and track changes, versions and sign-offs.
• Maintain client compliance calendars and risk flags; provide periodic updates to clients.
