Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent Fund Operations professional to review daily, weekly and monthly NAV calculations and ensure accuracy in line with accounting standards and client requirements.

You will collaborate with fund accountants and internal teams to meet service levels, monitor performance, support onboarding of new clients and system enhancements while maintaining strict compliance with regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Review daily NAV calculations
• Review weekly NAV calculations
• Review monthly NAV calculations
• Ensure NAV calculations are accurate and completed in accordance with relevant accounting standards
• Coordinate with fund accountants and internal teams to meet service levels and deadlines
• Monitor operational performance and prepare relevant reports and KPI statistics
• Identify operational risks, process exceptions and control gaps, and elevate significant issues where necessary
• Maintain and enhance operational procedures and process documentation
• Liaise with clients, auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve fund administration-related queries
• Support client reporting requirements and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Participate in new client onboarding, fund transitions and migration activities
• Support system testing and implementation of new processes or system enhancements
• Participate in operational meetings and support ongoing process improvements
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal controls and company policies
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
