Job summary

Krypton Fund Services is a boutique fund services firm specializing in regulatory reporting, fund administration, registrar and transfer agent services, and project management for alternative investments. This role supports NAV production, client onboarding, and statutory reporting to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a background in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in fund accounting and strong Excel and software skills to handle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fund accounting or related financial services; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures and financial markets.
• Proficiency in fund accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team’s primary contact to client on daily operational issues and requests.
• Prepare Net Asset Value calculations per SLA, including fee amortization, accruals, and management/performance fees.
• Prepare wire payments and ensure accurate deliverables for high SLA compliance.
• Support onboarding of new clients and maintain NAV production processes.
• Prepare investor capital activities and assist with annual financial audits and related statutory reporting.
• Address material issues affecting NAV production or client relations with timely escalation.

Krypton provides a wide range of services, including regulatory reporting, fund administration, registrar and transfer agent services, as well as project management and setup. Our clients consist primarily of family offices, investment funds, and private and special purpose vehicles in the alternative investment sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the team’s primary contact to client on daily operational, issue discussion and any other requests.
• Preparation of Net Asset Value calculations as per service level agreement, including but not limited to fee amortization and accruals, financing accruals, management and performance fees computation
• Preparation of wire payments
• Ensure consistent deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards
• Assisting your manager and/or seniors on new client onboarding
• Prepare investor capital activities, annual financial audits and other statutory reporting
• Address and/or escalation all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship to your manager in a detailed and timely manner
• Resolve issues/queries raised by clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Building and maintaining relationships and working closely with Krypton internal functions, clients and other professional parties.
• Ensure adherence to applicable best practices policies and client specific agreements
• Address and/or escalation all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship to your manager in a detailed and timely manner
• Resolve issues/queries raised by clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
