Job summary

MRI Software seeks experienced consultants to run training sessions, gather requirements, and deliver functional and technical services. You will configure MRI applications, document business needs, and create reports for accounting or property management clients.

The role involves data conversion tasks, interfacing with third-party software, and enhancing MRI offerings through customization. You’ll contribute to training materials and online courses while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design & development.
• Provide functional consulting services to clients (gap analysis, software configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation).
• Work closely with technical teams on system solutioning based on MRI software applications and document functional design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Run training sessions for individuals or groups of users.
• Lead fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to develop tech-based business solutions.
• Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications.
• Document client business requirements.
• Design and write a custom business report for accounting or property management groups.
• Deliver functional and technical consulting services (project management, health checks, installations, upgrades).
• Convert business data into MRI Crete and configure interfaces to third-party software.
• Enhance MRI offerings by customizing the product with internal tools and Microsoft tech.
• Publish internal articles on relevant topics.
• Help develop online training courses for clients.
