Job summary

MRI Software in Singapore seeks a Functional Consultant to configure and customize our real estate software for client needs. You will join a team managing implementations and training customers on our software.

You will run training sessions, lead rapid-client sessions to craft tech-based solutions, and assist with MRI setup and configuration, requirements capture, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent knowledge in the industry.
• 1-2+ years experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design & development.
• Provide functional consulting services including gap analysis, software configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Running training sessions for individuals or groups of users.
• Lead fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to design technology-based solutions.
• Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications.
• Document business requirements with clients and translate them into functional designs.
• Design and write a custom business report for an accounting or property management group.
• Provide end-to-end MRI software implementation and health-check services.

As a Functional Consultant, you will work in a team environment configuring and customizing our real estate software to meet clients' needs . You will work with the team managing implementation projects and training clients on our software.

Responsibilities:

• Running training sessions for individuals or groups of users
• Must be capable of leading fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to come up with technology-based solutions to solve business problems.
• Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications
• Work with clients to understand and document their business requirements
• Design and write a custom business report for an accounting or property management group
• Provide functional and technical consulting services to clients (project management, gap analysis, software installation & configuration, customization, upgrades, health checks, and implementation)
• Convert business data into MRI
• Crete and configure interfaces to third party software applications
• Enhance MRI offerings by customising the product using our internal tools and tools from Microsoft.
• Write and publish an internal article on a relevant business or software topic
• Assist with developing online training course offerings to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent knowledge in the industry
• 1- 2+ years experience in consulting services , product implementation, or systems design & development
• Provide functional consulting services to clients (gap analysis, software configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation)
• Assist project manager in documenting meetings and tracking tasks and budget.
• Work with clients to understand and document their business requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams on system solutioning based on MRI software applications and document functional design specifications.
• Review customer data and assist in converting business data manually for migration, and post-migration validation.
• Conduct internal functional testing and user acceptance testing with customers.
• Develop and maintain training materials, as well as conduct training sessions
• Early career professionals with an interest in consulting are encouraged to apply
