MRI Software Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Functional Consultant to configure and customize MRI Software for real estate clients, lead implementations, and deliver client training in a collaborative, team-based environment.

The role involves training, requirements gathering, data conversion, report design, and managing multiple work streams with clients and internal teams. Join a high-performance culture focused on customer success and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering functional consulting services including gap analysis, configuration, customization, health checks and implementation.
• Experience documenting meetings and tracking tasks/budgets for projects.
• Experience conducting internal functional testing and user acceptance testing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for individuals or groups to enhance client proficiency with MRI Software
• Facilitate fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to develop technology-based solutions addressing business challenges
• Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications to align with their operational requirements
• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Design and develop custom business reports for accounting or property management teams
• Deliver functional and technical consulting services including project management, gap analysis, software installation, configuration, customization, upgrades, health checks, and implementation
• Convert and migrate client business data into MRI Software systems accurately
• Create and configure interfaces between MRI Software and third-party applications to ensure seamless integration
• Enhance MRI Software offerings by customizing products using internal and Microsoft tools
• Write and publish internal articles on relevant business or software topics to share knowledge
• Support the development and delivery of online training courses for clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent industry knowledge (from Job Requirements)
• 1-2+ years of experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design and development (from Job Requirements)
• Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions (from Job Requirements)
• Work closely with technical teams on system solutioning and document functional design specifications (from Job Requirements)
• Review customer data and assist in manual data conversion and post-migration validation (from Job Requirements)
