Job summary

CORETRM PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-facing consultant to configure and implement CoreTRM for clients, document business requirements, and identify gaps requiring custom solutions.

You will extend the platform with data modeling and scripting, design interfaces to other applications, and ensure user acceptance. The role involves training end-users, raising change requests, and liaising with product developers to test enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of commodity or oil trading is helpful but not mandatory.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem solving skills; methodical and logical.
• Believer in systems and business processes.
• Comfortable with overseas travel.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement CoreTRM successfully for clients.
• Understand and document client requirements.
• Identify any gaps and determine appropriate solutions.
• Extend the core product using the data model and the scripting extensions.
• Design and configure interfaces to other applications.
• Facilitate and ensure user acceptance.
• Carry out training for end-users.
• Raise change requests for platform enhancements.
• Liaise with CoreTRM product developers to design and test enhancements.
• Follow CoreTRM standards, procedures and policies.
• Provide ongoing support to clients when required.
• Assist in preparation of materials for sales demo or new SOW when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required.
• Travel to or based at client sites locally or overseas when required.
