Job summary

Illum (9) Pte Ltd is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to translate business needs into practical Microsoft solutions and confidently guide customers through implementation.

You will lead requirement-gathering workshops, map business processes to Business Central, configure solutions and support data migration, UAT and go-live while collaborating with customers and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM or business applications.
• Good understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory or operations.
• Strong analytical, documentation and customer-facing skills.
• Able to manage requirements and translate them into workable solutions.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
• Exposure to Business Central, Power Platform or Power BI is an advantage.
