Helius Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to join our team. You will work with engineering teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to support the execution of technology initiatives in private banking and wealth management environments.

The role requires deep knowledge of KYC and client onboarding processes, strong business process analysis, and experience with document management and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of business processes, design, and re-engineering.
• Experience with document management and data analysis.
• Hands-on user acceptance testing management.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle and SDLC.

Job Description

• Minimum 4 years of experience in private banking and other like Wealth management /Banking / Asset management
• Through understanding of private banking value chain with special focus on KYC and client onboarding related processes; key focus is on business understanding
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
• Good understanding of document management and data analysis
• Hands experience of User acceptance testing management
• Good understanding of Project management, Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Doxter and CRM application will be added advantage
• Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
• Excellent communication skills: formal and informal, one to one, one to many and across all organizational levels

• Strong knowledge of private banking business; should be able to speak and understand technical and business language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
