Job summary

UNITED OVERSEAS BANK LIMITED is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support Project Beacon, focusing on stablecoin/tokenised money capabilities and related digital channel experiences. You will drive end-to-end journey definition, TOM design, delivery support, and testing validation across wallets, tokenised settlement flows, and channel integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of banking or consulting with strong BA experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis & elicitation for tokenised money use cases and digital channels.
• Own end-to-end digital journeys across platforms including wallets, APIs, and portals.
• Contribute to Target Operating Model, run-state design, controls and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Govern requirements baseline, traceability, and sign-off readiness.
