Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Finance RTR specialist to design, optimise and operate finance systems, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls and an efficient monthly close.

You will own functional analysis for RTR, coordinate with Finance and Technology teams, and support ERP/ERP consolidation systems, testing, and documentation. The role emphasises data integrity, process automation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of RTR workflows across journals, GL, assets, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with RTR processes across core finance systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close cycles and process improvements.
• Experience in designing controls and audit-ready processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and translate RTR requirements into system specifications.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of RTR features in ERP/consolidation systems.
• Assist with month-end close activities including reconciliations and reporting validations.
• Troubleshoot RTR issues in journals, GL postings, subledgers, and reporting.
• Validate data flow between ERP, EPM, and reporting platforms.
• Participate in UAT planning, test execution and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Tech Analysts to support integration touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities for RTR automation and efficiency improvements.

Accountabilities

• Own functional analysis and support for RTR processes within core finance systems.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across RTR workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to optimise RTR processes.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and documentation for RTR functionality.
• Strengthen internal controls and month-end close efficiency through system improvements.

• Strong understanding of general ledger, financial reporting, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Workday) in RTR or GL modules.
• Experience supporting financial close cycles and process optimisation.
• Proven ability to translate finance needs into system requirements and enhancements.
