Accenture seeks an experienced Record to Report (R2R) consultant in Singapore to design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance solutions while ensuring efficient R2R operations, high-quality financial reporting, and robust internal controls.

The role requires hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA project experience, strong accounting knowledge, and ability to collaborate across business and technology stakeholders on large-scale transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, Financial Close, Financial Reporting, or Finance Transformation functions.
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects with significant involvement in R2R workstreams.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance solutions, including SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process design, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage end-to-end Record to Report processes including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Participate in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and finance transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis activities.
• Design and optimize R2R processes to improve close efficiency, reporting accuracy, standardization, and compliance.
• Support system configuration validation, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to deliver scalable finance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls, audit requirements, and governance policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and best practices across finance operations and reporting.

About the Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Consultant with strong SAP implementation expertise to support finance transformation initiatives and ERP-driven business process improvements. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Finance solutions while ensuring efficient Record to Report operations, high-quality financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will combine deep accounting knowledge with hands-on SAP project experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders across large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Record to Report processes, including general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Experience with automation, intelligent finance solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or related project delivery certifications.
• Experience working in regional or global delivery environments.
