Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a qualified trainer to deliver Tamil-language programmes across Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Logistics, and related operations.

You will conduct competency demonstrations, develop materials, mentor trainees, and ensure adherence to WSH ethics and safety standards with immediate start availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of competency demonstration experience in Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
• Must hold ACTA certification.
• Must have Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH.
• Extensive knowledge of lifting, scaffolding, formwork, and related safety courses.
• Excellent communication and Tamil language skills.
• Available to start immediately.

• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning among trainees.

Overview

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handling Construction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing / Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations / Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman courses.
• Must have completed the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers Course.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practical competency demonstrations.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Tamil is essential, as the roleinvolves conducting training and communicating with Tamilspeaking trainees.

Working Hours

5.5 days per week, with 8 working hours per day.
