Job summary

EVERSAFE ACADEMY PTE. LTD. seeks an Associate Trainer for the Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors in Singapore.

This part-time role focuses on conducting competency demonstrations, delivering training, and updating course materials to ensure high safety standards. You will mentor trainees, collaborate with clients to tailor courses, and uphold the WSH Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of competency demonstration experience in Construction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing / Logistics industries.
• Full ACTA certification is required.
• Possession of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability to start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and competency demonstrations for Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Logistics, and related operations.
• Ensure training complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and update training materials, course content, and assessments.
• Mentor and coach trainees to achieve competency in their fields.
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Safety and Health Trainers.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and customize courses.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and certification.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning.

• Must have completed the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers Course
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practicalcompetency demonstrations.
