SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is recruiting a Tuition Teacher (Primary & Secondary) to teach English, Maths or Science across islandwide Singapore. This permanent role requires delivering engaging lessons, preparing materials, and tracking student progress.
The position runs three weekdays and two weekend days (2pm-9pm weekdays; 9am-6pm weekends) with a salary up to $4,500 monthly basic, plus performance bonus and medical benefits.

Deliver engaging English, Maths or Science lessons to Primary and Secondary students.
Familiarise yourself with lesson materials and prepare classes in advance.
Use interactive teaching methods to encourage participation and improve learning outcomes.
Mark students’ work accurately and on time.
Track student progress using internal grading and reporting systems.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to parents on student performance and areas for improvement.
Support relief classes and work closely with the Resourcing team on class arrangements.
Participate in training to stay current with syllabus changes, teaching methodologies and education policies.
Contribute feedback and ideas to improve lesson materials, worksheets and teaching processes.
Support curriculum-development initiatives where required.
Participate in webinars, trial classes, talks, workshops and other company events where required.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Education or a relevant subject discipline.
Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics or Science.
Candidates with teaching experience should ideally have at least three years of relevant experience in schools, tuition centres or other education institutions.
Experience teaching the Singapore MOE curriculum would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
Comfortable working three weekdays and two weekend days according to the stated schedule.
