Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to manage daily operations including receiving, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping coordination to ensure efficient logistics processes.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience, basic knowledge of inventory, and familiarity with MS Office or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming goods for quantity and quality to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Organize and store inventory systematically to maintain order and accessibility
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for timely shipment
• Update and maintain inventory records to reflect current stock levels
• Assist in preparing shipping documents and coordinate with forwarders for smooth delivery
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment to comply with safety standards
• Support stock take activities and perform general warehouse duties as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience to perform core tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations to support daily functions
• Familiarity with MS Office or warehouse management systems to assist in record keeping
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn to contribute to a collaborative work environment
