Job summary

CASA DENTAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Dental Assistant to support dentists, prepare instruments, and maintain a clean, organized clinic. The role involves patient greeting, scheduling, and handling inquiries daily.

Requirements include at least an O Level or Diploma, strong English, and a willingness to work on weekends. Training will be provided to acclimate new staff to clinic protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and protect patients from unnecessary radiation when taking X-rays.
• Educate patients and prepare them for oral examination.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment; ensure clinic is clean.
• Manage clinic operations: appointments, registrations, payments, and patient enquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation; handle calls and correspondence.
• Stock control and coordination of materials; adhoc duties as assigned.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

• Assist the dentists in providing dental treatment

• Protect patients from unnecessary radiation while taking X-rays

• Educate patients

• Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, supplies, and equipment

• Comply with dental regulatory guidelines and protocols

• Managing clinic inventory and supplies.

• Prepare patients for oral examination

• Preparation of dental materials, cement, composite, impression materials.

• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic

• Greet and assist patients professionally upon arrival

• Manage appointments, registrations, payments, and patient enquiries.

• Handle phone calls, messages, and general correspondence.

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.

• Adhoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or Diploma in any field.

• Required language(s): English, any other language will be an advantage

• At least 2 years of Dental Receptionist experience required

• Customer-service oriented, organized, and detail-focused.

• Training will be provided

• Good working attitude & willingness to learn

• Knowledge in Dental Industry is an advantage

• Must be able to work on weekend
