Job summary

adidas is seeking a Full Time Contract Retail Associate for the East Area in Singapore. You will help customers find the best deals, keep shelves tidy, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll work with the team to manage stock and transfers while upholding adidas’ brand standards.

The role prefers some retail or sales background, a basic Retail Management qualification is a plus, and familiarity with MS Office. Medical coverage is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
• A Secondary Certificate or qualification in Retail Management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Deliver a welcoming and efficient shopping experience by being approachable, helpful, and solution oriented.
• Communicate effectively with team members and assist with stock replenishment and transfers to keep inventory flowing smoothly.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude, creating a positive impression for every customer.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG, is advantageous.
• A Secondary Certificate or qualification in Retail Management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
