Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking a Community Relations Ambassador to welcome the public, guide visitors and promote digital self-service platforms at Bukit Canberra across Singapore.

This part-time role offers a supportive team environment, comprehensive training, and a rostered schedule: 5-day or 6-day weeks with shifts around standard business hours. The role pays up to SGD 2,700 per month gross.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital devices and learning new systems.
• Able to stand and move around for extended periods during the course of work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members of the public with a warm and professional attitude.
• Provide guidance on digital and self-service platforms.
• Respond to general enquiries and deliver quality customer service.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service experience.
• Support day-to-day centre operations, events and administrative activities.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment by reporting incidents when required.

Work Schedule

Choose from the following work arrangements:

• 5-day work week (alternate Saturdays), - 8.30am - 6.00pm, OR
• 6-day work week (includes either Saturday or Sunday) 9.30am - 6.00pm

Working hours are rostered based on operational requirements.
