Job summary

PANORAMA HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. seeks a full‑time clinic assistant to support daily clinical operations in the Hougang area. The candidate will register patients, dispense medications, handle payments and claims, and perform administrative duties.

Evening and Saturday work is required, with training provided for prior clinic experience. Only Singaporean or permanent residents will be considered. Start date is immediate and the team provides supervision and onboarding to ensure smooth patient

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or medical setting preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Singaporean or PR status only.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and document visits.
• Dispense medications to patients according to prescriptions.
• Collect payments and process health claims.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and document printing.
• Answer calls, messages, and emails; schedule appointments.
• Receive goods and conduct stock counts.
• Chaperone patients and assist with medical procedures.

Duties and responsibilities

• Registration of patients
• Dispense medications
• Collect payment and process claims
• Administrative work, such as printing and filing of documents, tracking of lab samples
• Answer phone/whatsapp, reply emails, schedule appointments
• Receive goods and perform stock take of inventory
• Chaperone patients and assist with medical procedures

• Hougang area (Nearest MRT stations: Hougang and Kovan; Bus services: 25, 51, 53, 55, 62, 72, 81, 87, 112, 151, 854)

Start date: Immediate

Prior clinic experience is a bonus, training will be provided
