Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned software engineering leader to drive delivery across the full software lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment and production support.

You will design scalable, API-first, microservice-based applications on cloud platforms, champion CI/CD and IaC, and mentor engineers while communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes security practices (OWASP) and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack software engineering spanning architecture to production operations.
• Experience with legacy system modernisation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, and OWASP security.
• Experience in API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or enablement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across the full software development lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Coach and mentor engineers through pairing, workshops, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing.

• Experience with API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, consulting, or engineering enablement is preferred.
