Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Git and collaborative engineering environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable solutions on time.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs raised by global partners.
• Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack enhancements (front-end, APIs, backend).
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Build and maintain tools, data pipelines, and dashboards to improve support efficiency.
• Develop APIs and integrations connecting backend systems with product interfaces.
• Prepare technical design proposals ensuring quality and timelines.
• Monitor backlogs and drive timely resolution of problems.
