This role combines technical troubleshooting, bug fixes, and full-stack development to improve product performance, resolve partner issues, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, support tickets, and software bugs raised by global partners.
• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack enhancements, including front-end interfaces, APIs, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Build and maintain tools, automated workflows, data pipelines, and dashboards to improve support efficiency.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations connecting backend systems with product interfaces.
• Prepare and communicate technical design proposals, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Monitor issue backlogs and drive timely resolution of technical problems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of software development experience, with hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and data handling.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git and delivering projects in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver reliable solutions within agreed timelines.
