Job summary

Hydra X is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, implement, and maintain software across front-end and back-end layers. You will contribute to tokenisation, digital exchange, and custody frameworks within an entrepreneurial team focused on innovation and scalable capital market infrastructure.

You will architect enhancements, maintain the stack, optimise performance, and work with QA to ensure reliable releases.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience with trading systems, smart contracts, blockchains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enhancements for infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain existing application stack with DevOps collaboration.
• Profile and optimize system performance to reduce bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with the team and QA to deliver releases.
• Design APIs and ETL workflows; build low-latency, high-throughput real-time systems.
