Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to transform architectural concepts into production systems across the full technology stack for public sector projects in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Kubernetes, Lambda), Kotlin/Java with Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks (Svelte/React/Vue). You will drive CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and manage IaC with AWS CDK, Terraform, or OpenTofu.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience with ECS, Kubernetes, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java with Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Full Stack Engineer to transform architectural concepts into production systems across our full technology stack within public sector! Primary Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery
• 5+ years full-stack software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience in AWS with experience in ECS, Kubernetes, Lambda.
• Proficiency in backend technologies (Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, or similar)
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Svelte, React, Vue, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD/Pipeline with GitLab
• Strong proficiency in IaC (AWSCDK, Terraform, OpenTofu) on AWS
• Understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL design and microservices architecture
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
