Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to transform architectural concepts into production systems across the full technology stack for public sector projects in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Kubernetes, Lambda), Kotlin/Java with Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks (Svelte/React/Vue). You will drive CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and manage IaC with AWS CDK, Terraform, or OpenTofu.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience with ECS, Kubernetes, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java with Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable full-stack solutions across the technology stack.
• Translate architectural concepts into production systems.
• Collaborate with teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices align with security and compliance.
