Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain enterprise web applications within the COMPASS platform. You will work across frontend and backend teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions and APIs, while ensuring quality and security.

You’ll collaborate with UI/UX, business users and DevOps to deliver robust software on AWS, leveraging Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development for enterprise-grade web apps.
• Proficient with modern frontend technologies (ReactJS/Angular/Vue.js) and HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Backend proficiency with Node.js, Python or Java Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing microservices and integrating with internal/external systems.
• Cloud-native apps on AWS; familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) and GitLab CI/CD.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services for the COMPASS platform.
• Build responsive UIs and scalable backend APIs to support business needs.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and reusable components.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs; implement secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, business users, and DevOps; participate in Agile sprints.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
