FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an AI MLOps Engineer (Full Stack) to support deployment, monitoring, governance, and ongoing operations of AI solutions within our enterprise AI platform.

You will implement MLOps pipelines, monitor model performance, develop evaluation frameworks, and ensure AI security and governance controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI services.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software engineering, MLOps, DevOps, data engineering, or AI operations.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for dashboards or internal tools.
• Experience with AI model monitoring, evaluation, or observability tools such as CloudWatch, SageMaker Model Monitor, MLflow, or Langfuse.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and red-teaming.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock capabilities and AI guardrails.
• CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Data security, privacy, AI governance, and Responsible AI principles.
• Agentic AI risks and human-in-the-loop controls.
• AI observability and tracing tools like Langfuse or OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of IM8/SSP government ICT security requirements.

• Implement and maintain governance controls for AI models and services to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant AI operations.
• Develop and maintain AI model monitoring solutions covering accuracy, model drift, latency, cost, and usage.
• Design and execute AI model evaluation processes, including benchmarking, testing, and human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Configure and maintain AI security guardrails, PII detection, data redaction, and prompt injection protection.
• Implement AI safety mechanisms like Bedrock Guardrails and security controls across pipelines.
• Maintain documentation, model cards, governance standards, and compliance records.
• Build full-stack monitoring dashboards and alerts for AI performance and risk.
• Collaborate with AI Platform Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and DevSecOps to embed governance into workflows.
• Conduct security checks, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for AI models and infrastructure.
